e.Allen was founded on the principle of inspiring women to elevate their wardrobes with capsule pieces to create effortless style that is practical for the modern woman’s lifestyle without sacrificing fashion-forward looks. Because when you look good, you feel even better, and that is the pinnacle of our work.
Our founder and owner realized the void of quality, accessible, and tailored style options in Middle Tennessee shortly after having her youngest child. She quickly grew passionate about filling this void and assisting other women in the community, and with drive, hard work, and passion, e.Allen was established in 2008.
It would be the longest article ever to go through all 17 years of the brand’s history, so here is the Cliffnotes version, with the best of the highlights, which is so hard to do with so many. The first storefront was opened in October of 2008 at the Avenue shopping center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. In 2013, the Gulch gained the second e.Allen storefront, which was welcomed with overwhelming support from our local community. Three short years later, our Franklin location was opened. The addition of our website to share our selection with those across the country from all three stores was another major turning point for the eTeam, which continues to grow each year!
In July of 2022, our new headquarters was finished to house our ever-growing team’s needs and an increase in inventory shipments. Each area of this new building was designed with this team’s needs in mind. In its entirety, it is our social media manager’s dream. Each corner, fixture, and detail is perfect for capturing all the shots at any time. For our website manager and model, the back room is primarily designed for product shoots and easy changes.
Even our operations managers have a space specifically designed for managing and receiving new inventory and preparing it to go out to specific locations. Also including a kitchen, conference room, back patio, and driveway for deliveries and our van, there was no detail missed in this newest addition to the company.
Through the years and styles, the brand has adapted while staying true to its core beliefs. From different events, partnerships with our brands, brand endeavors, and all, our team never fails to come together to provide the best service, experience, and product for both our loyal and new customers. Being a part of the eTeam truly means being a part of something so meaningful that it stands the test of time. And we each feel that passion that our owner felt, which may be a key component to how we each move for the betterment of our brand, which is the betterment of us all.
Elizabeth Allen’s passion spread in our community and over the years, continued to grow with the support of our loyal customers into the brand we are today. As a collective, the e.Team could not be more grateful for the leap of faith that Elizabeth Allen took to create such a special place to work, and for the support and love consistently shown by all those who enter our stores or shop online.
