Caprese Skewers:
24 cherry tomatoes
12 mini mozzarella balls
24 basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic reduction
Fresh ground salt and pepper
- Thread tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves onto mini skewers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Pita Chips:
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
8 ounces of raspberries, diced
1 (16-ounce) carton of strawberries, diced
Cinnamon Pita Chips
- Mix all the fruit thoroughly in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve with pita chips.
