Hello, Spring; I’m glad we meet again.
Each year, we welcome the same seasons, the same holidays, the same months; but each year, those seasons, holidays, and months can look drastically different from those before, or those that follow. And as sad, and happy, and finite that true statement it, it holds such beauty and truthful reflection to this journey we call Life. These seasonal shifts don’t only happen to the nature outside our doors, or those in our lives growing, but also to ourselves. From season to season, change is inevitable; from season to season, we see that inevitability in ourselves, that time passes, leaving its mark.
As we welcome a new season, I urge you to welcome the newness in you and your life. The new markings of time’s passing, the new habits and schedules, the new adventures that await, or the new territory before you. Because in a few seasons, you will look back and miss this moment too. Life is ever-changing… love all the changes and shift with the seasons… including yours.
